Surrey Youth Soccer is now accepting registrations for the 2010-2011 fall season which starts in September. Registration forms are available at the Newton Athletic Park (7395 - 128th Street) registration office. Please read the entire form, front and back, carefully before registering. We do not have online registration and the registration form cannot be downloaded so registration must be done at the office. Registration office hours are as follows: Payment in the office can be made by Visa, Mastercard, debit, cheque or cash. The office does not keep cash on the premises to exact change is required if paying in cash. There is a $25 fee for all NSF cheques. NSF cheques must be replaced with either a cash or credit card payment with 7 day of notification by the club or the registration will be cancelled and the player will be removed from his or her team. Registrations that are brought in outside of office hours must be deposited in the club mailbox by the front door or mailed to the address on the form. Registrations are not considered complete until all information and payment have been received by the SYSA. Registration Information

All registrations received after this date are subject to an additional $50 late fee. Information regarding metro programs will be posted shortly. Additional Requirements All divisional players (U11-U18) are required by BC Soccer to have an ID card. Please CLICK HERE for information regarding this requirement. Evaluations Evaluations are held each year for U11 to U18 boys’ and girls’ Metro, Gold & Select teams. Please CLICK HERE for evaluation information.
